When working with asbestos (removal and capsulation) in the air there are always asbestos fibres; therefore, it is very important to clean the air regularly during and after completion of the working process.
The picture shows how CORRO BOHEMIA at the end of 2002 cleaned the air in the premises of the Palace in Kodaňska Street in Prague (former head office of CHEMAPOL). Aggregates with the capacity of 15,000 m3 per hour operated non-stop for 69 hours and during this time they cleaned 1,035,000 m3 of air.
Aggregates (produced in Sweden) contain microfilters with a cleaning efficiency of 99.97% - DIN 24184/3. After completion of the cleaning process, we performed sampling and the analysis from the laboratory was done by RÚVZ NITRA (Regional Institute of Public Health).
The results of the analysis showed that: No asbestos fibres were in the filter, or in the rooms where we had just completed cleaning.
The hoses which are installed on the aggregate have a diameter of 250 mm. CORRO BOHEMIA uses 2 types of hoses: aluminium hoses with a length from 2 to 15 metres and hoses made of transparent plastic which can have a length, if necessary, of up to 350 metres, as one piece, i.e. without prolongation. These transparent hoses are patented as a new Swedish patent.
CORRO SWEDEN/CORRO BOHEMIA uses this cleaning technology when working with asbestos, the reconstruction of buildings with the occurrence of dust, in the case of fire in factories and production halls where poisonous smoke and gases are originated.
The total capacity of CORRO BOHEMIA PRAHA for the cleaning of air consists of 7 larger aggregates with a mass capacity of 26,000 m3 per hour.
